These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "you," "your") and twinkaboo ("twinkaboo," "we," "us," "our"), governing your access to and use of the twinkaboo online gaming platform available at https://twinkaboo.app ("Platform"). By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease use of the Platform.

2.2 One Account Rule. Each individual may register and maintain only one Account on the twinkaboo Platform. Creation of duplicate, secondary, or linked accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is prohibited. twinkaboo may, at its discretion, merge or close duplicate Accounts and apply a forfeiture of bonuses associated with the duplicated registration.
2.3 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. Providing false registration data, particularly name, date of birth, or identity document numbers, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in Account closure.
2.4 Jurisdictional Restriction. twinkaboo is operated for players physically located in the Philippines. If you are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, restricted, or unlicensed, you are responsible for compliance with local law. twinkaboo does not accept liability for access from restricted territories.
2.5 Account Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. All activity occurring under your Account credentials is deemed to have been conducted by you, and you bear sole responsibility for any resulting wagers, losses, or transactions.
3.1 You must keep your registered contact details — email address, Philippine mobile number, and payment method — current and accurate at all times. Changes must be submitted via the Account settings or through twinkaboo support and are subject to identity verification.
3.2 You must not allow any other person, including family members, to access or use your twinkaboo Account. Account sharing is prohibited and may result in suspension pending investigation.
3.3 You are solely responsible for any taxes, duties, or levies applicable to your winnings under Philippine law. twinkaboo does not withhold or remit taxes on behalf of players unless required by applicable regulation.
4.1 Accepted Methods. twinkaboo accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods listed in the Account cashier at the time of transaction. Accepted payment methods are subject to change without prior notice.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit is ₱100. There is no maximum single deposit, however twinkaboo reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for deposits exceeding applicable thresholds under anti-money laundering regulations.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests to GCash and PayMaya are typically processed within 5–30 minutes of approval. Withdrawals to bank accounts (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are processed within 1–3 banking days. twinkaboo reserves the right to delay processing pending completion of identity verification or security review. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.
4.4 Withdrawal Verification. twinkaboo may require Know Your Customer (KYC) document verification before processing withdrawals exceeding ₱10,000 or where Account activity triggers a compliance review. Required documents typically include a valid government-issued Philippine ID. Failure to provide requested documents within 14 calendar days may result in Account suspension.
4.5 Payment Method Consistency. Withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used for deposits, subject to operational constraints. twinkaboo reserves the right to require alternate withdrawal methods where the original deposit method is unavailable or unsuitable.
5.1 All bonuses and promotional offers issued by twinkaboo are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds (for sports betting), and expiry dates. These specific terms supplement and, in case of conflict, supersede the general provisions of this section.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds must meet the stated wagering requirement before any portion of the bonus or winnings derived from bonus play may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each individual offer page.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. twinkaboo actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: using multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, structured play designed to exploit bonus terms, and coordinated activity across accounts. Detection of bonus abuse will result in forfeiture of all associated Bonus Funds and may result in permanent Account suspension.
5.4 twinkaboo reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any promotional offer at any time, with reasonable notice to affected players where practicable.
6.1 Each game available on the twinkaboo Platform operates according to specific game rules accessible within the game interface. By placing a wager, you confirm you have read and understood the applicable game rules.
6.2 RNG Certification. All random number generation (RNG) used in twinkaboo's games is independently audited for statistical fairness. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-run values and do not guarantee any individual session result.
6.3 Technical Malfunction. In the event of a technical malfunction, server error, or disconnection during gameplay, game outcomes may be voided and wagers refunded at twinkaboo's discretion. twinkaboo's records of game outcomes and transaction data are authoritative in the event of any dispute.
6.4 Disputed Outcomes. All game outcome disputes must be submitted to twinkaboo support within 7 calendar days of the event. Disputes submitted after this period may not be investigated.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the twinkaboo Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and may be referred to law enforcement:
8.1 All content on the twinkaboo Platform — including but not limited to game software, graphics, logos, text, promotional materials, and the twinkaboo brand name — is the intellectual property of twinkaboo or its licensed game providers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property law.
8.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on any Platform content without twinkaboo's prior written consent.

By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described therein. twinkaboo complies with applicable Philippine data privacy regulations, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173).
10.1 twinkaboo is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. Every Account includes access to deposit limits, session time alerts, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion tools, accessible in Account Settings at any time.
10.2 Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly. During a self-exclusion period, you will not be able to access real-money games, and twinkaboo will take reasonable steps to prevent promotional communications from reaching you.

11.1 twinkaboo reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where: (a) a breach of these Terms has occurred or is suspected; (b) fraudulent or criminal activity is suspected; (c) a regulatory, compliance, or court order requires it; or (d) the Account has been inactive for 12 consecutive months.
11.2 In cases of Account closure due to breach, twinkaboo reserves the right to withhold the Account balance pending investigation. Where no breach is established, the balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method.
11.3 Players may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting twinkaboo support. Balances will be returned via the registered payment method, less any pending wagering requirements on Bonus Funds.
12.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, twinkaboo's total liability to any Player in connection with use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.2 twinkaboo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from: (a) use or inability to use the Platform; (b) unauthorized access to or alteration of your Account; (c) any third-party conduct on the Platform; or (d) any force majeure event including network outages, regulatory actions, or natural disasters.
12.3 The Platform is provided on an "as available" basis. twinkaboo does not warrant uninterrupted, error-free access and may perform scheduled or emergency maintenance at any time.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the twinkaboo Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Before commencing formal proceedings, Parties agree to attempt in good faith to resolve disputes through twinkaboo's internal dispute resolution process, which begins by contacting support via live chat or email.

Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on file no fewer than 7 calendar days before the amended Terms take effect. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
